U.S Sugar Building
Description
Built in 1853, the United States Sugar Building is located in the prime neighborhood of North Tribeca. In 2002 the building converted to condominiums and a separate structural system was installed behind the facade to support the addition of split level units. Also, the exterior of the building was fully restored. Standing ten stories tall and housing 34 condos in total, the U.S Sugar Building was designed by Joseph Pell Lombardi Architects is a quintessential Tribeca loft building.
