Meier North Tower
Meier North Tower, 173 Perry, is one of two towers that mark this site. Located in the West Village, Meier North Tower was designed by world renowned architect Richard Meier. This tower stands 16 stories tall and overlooks the Hudson River. Unlike Meier South Tower, each floor houses one individual apartment of approximately 1,817 square feet. These lofts were delivered white box style then built out by their owners. Amenities include a full-time doorman, concierge services, state of the art health center and pool.
