165 Charles
165 Charles is a full service, luxury condominium in the West Village. Richard Meier designed both the exterior and interior of the building. This differentiates 165 Charles from it's neighboring Meire buildings because 165 Charles comes fully designed all the way down to the doorknobs. Upon opening, the price per square was approximately 25% higher then 163 and 167 Perry a.k.a Meire North Tower and Meir South Tower's respective price per square foot. This building was designed to appeal to the "chic," "modern," and rich markets. The building stands 16 stories tall an houses 35 units before some where merged to create larger living quarters.
